September side

Its been more than a month since I returned for my second semester here at Swinburne. A LOT has happened and I guess since the wild month has come to an end, its time for.... reflection. hahaha. I dont do it much but its a month Ill remember for many reasons.

Well, I'm doing a repeat for both my failed subjects (I know, I hate it more than anything else), Physics & EMA. I really dislike going to the classes and sit in there and having to go through the whole process and routine again. But this time while in class and doing my revisions I feel a lot more confident and with a highr aim. A "HD"! Its like a 20% chance but Im gambling it and will try my best. Physics? I dont like the lecturer AND the class. I prefer self-study seriously, the class is freaking noisy for me to concentrate so I spend my time either in the library or cafeteria on studying it. Anyways, for English & Communications this year, tougher and more challenging as we have presentations! I will be presenting mine tomorow as the last presenter. (got picked last in the draw lot)lol The rest of the class except the 5 of us left have presented so there isn't much pressure or nervousness in my body. Feeling confident and gonna ace it! Moving on to the most interesting subject I've taken, Innovation & Change. Our project this year is create/invent something totally new that will benefit the society. My group consisting of Pam and new pals Fabian & Jacqueline! Should be fun working with them on it! Teehee~~

Moving from education nonsense, to what fun I've done! Unfortunately the only movie we watched at the beginning of the month is 'Step Up 3'!!! Epic, cool, and awesome. Kept me wanting more. Though I've already watched it in my laptop, still watching with my friends and knowing every move they're making is mind-blowing. Parkour, popping and breaking we never seen before. Gotta love the choreographer for these dances. I want popping!!! Been doing a lot of that since watching the movie! hahaha... Apart from movie night, we been pretty tied down for preparation for presentation. Really drains the life outta ya! But to relieve stress or boredom on weekends, we never turn down COD!!! Call Of Duty 4 Modern Warfare. The best multi player shooting game. It beats Counter Strike without doubt! While many other are Dota-ing or L4D in the OneTJ (Kuching's best CC), we COD! there are a few people there playing too so sometimes they'll just join in our game and ass-kicking goes back and forth. Its like our relief from studies while killing people. HAHAHA!

Drama practices have started and I have to practice my lines and singing. This time with me playing a guitar. Learning on the guitar can be painful especially with new strings. Its my friend's guitar so I'm borrowing it for practice. :) A couple of songs to practice so my vocals are in shape. Woohoo! Got sore throat now though.. :(

My birthday? Hmm.. nothing really special but I had 2 ice-cream cakes! :D The pics are not with me so Ill post what I got from my friends! :) Couldn't really celebrate because my friends had presentation the next day. So sad.... Anyways, it started perfectly and I got myself a new pair of shoes with birthday $$$! :D

In this one month I've met and bonded with many new people especially during the Swinburne Carnival a day before my birthday where I was in charge hairspraying people's hair with colours! Man, I was exhausted that day. lol. Pictures are on facebook unfortunately. Next time I gotta bring my camera with me every now and then! hahaha.

Peace out!
